I was given a referral by a doctor from university hospital in Lafayette for doctor Scott and was told by reception that he declined my referral which is legal BUT WITHOUT reason or making sure someone else could handle my medical issue even after being asked why reception said he doesn't need a reason. Never seen such a lack of patience care AND actual doctors in my life.. came to wisconsin for a GI specialist and had 2 ulcers.
I have no complaints.
I,ve been going to them since 2015, I was referred to them by my past doctor Latonya Kelly it,s been 8 years since I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis! I went from to pills prescribed to now Humira Injection I,ve been doing good so far as long as I manage it, & take good care of my Colitis, I appreciate the way that their patients are cared for especially the way they diagnose the problem & always get right to fixing it, even if your medication has to change! I pray that continue to keep up the good work!
Dr.Kristy is so sweet! Love her! Dr.Boagni gets to the point and knows his stuff. Staff is very kind! I just love them all
