Honestly, one of the best Drs offices I’ve ever went to! From the moment I stepped in, I felt comfortable, from all of the staff there, the front desk workers, the workers in the back, ALL made me feel heard , seen , and. Cared for. My first visit today was pleasant the staff was really kind and the doctor himself was straight to the point he wasn’t rude at all I found him to be very nice and he truly showed he cared for my concerns he’s overall a very good guy if I say so myself. Will see him again In 2 weeks
I was given a referral by a doctor from university hospital in Lafayette for doctor Scott and was told by reception that he declined my referral which is legal BUT WITHOUT reason or making sure someone else could handle my medical issue even after being asked why reception said he doesn't need a reason. Never seen such a lack of patience care AND actual doctors in my life.. came to wisconsin for a GI specialist and had 2 ulcers.
I have no complaints.
