I asked how much an oil change would cost if I brought my own oil and oil filter. They said it would be $190! Yeah. Other places said they would do it for $39-$50. Why do they charge so much for something so simple? Don’t come here.
Worst service there is for a Subaru dealer. Brought a car in to get work done. When I get it back the car is completely bricked and will not function as it should.
Been coming here ever since I got my new Subaru last year. Nothing but good times through the stressful bouts of car ownership. They seem to understand what it's like and I appreciate that.
We have been taking our cars here for years. Not sure if this was an off day or what. They failed to offer us loaner car and wanted to charge a diagnostic fee for our 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Hope it goes better if there is a next time.
