We had a superb experience at c and s on Saturday purchasing our 2025 outback from Ashton...he was knowledgeable, polite and quick to answer questions and deal with management. We love our subaru's, this is our second.
Great new car sales experience last year. Not great service experience since the purchase (and I've put on a lot of miles so I've had a ton of regular maintenence with them.) Their prices are extremely high and for my new tires and 60k service I checked at the Rochester and Hiawatha dealers and compared apples to apples. Rochester was near 1k less and Hiawatha was around $600 less. Twin Cities also was cheaper. I'd recommend shopping around and getting printed quotes before having any work done there.
Brought my 4th new Subaru Forrester here in July! My salesman Bobby, retired so had a new salesman! He was very helpful and did everything to make me happy! Which i love my 2025 Subaru and C & S goes above and beyond to satisfie customers! All the employees are very friendly and address you by your name when you walk in! Keep up the good work! (hope Bobby is enjoying retirement!)
drove over 1 hr to get here with appointments by 2 different people and told me yes the car is here no people are even working! Got home looked on there site bam gone!
