Not only did they fix the problem, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail and offered helpful maintenance tips. Now, my hot tub is running better than ever!!! I called Cory to fix my leisure bay spa and was very happy. He let me know when he was going to arrive and did a great job replacing a leaking valve. He was pleasant and gave me great advice about how to get the most out of it. I will call him the next time i have a problem - no question.
