3.7.25. Cheers Connor. After moving in on Monday, reporting blocked drains to you on Wed, I was worried if CSS would be able to solve the problem, and how much it would cost. The lads you sent arrived as promised on Thursday, jetted the drains, removing blockages from all foul & rain water buried pipes. (incl knotted roots) They did an excellent job, explained everything clearly and demonstrated all systems were running properly on completion. They also left the site clean and tidy . Total 90 mins. Brilliant service and good price. Called at 17:50 and they arrived at 19:30. Drains cleared after 45 minutes. Both men were friendly and cracked on. Really appreciated. Will definitely recommend and use again!
After calling CSS drainage they duly arrived the next day. While they were unable to fix the problem it was arranged for the following week. After 2 hours of waiting, I called the office to which I was told ‘Let me find out what’s happening and I’ll let you know’ and haven’t heard from them since. So, unreliable and seemingly incompetent. Avoid..!
Exceptional, highly recommended. Had flooded cellar: they came within an hour, cleared it straight away, and did the clean up/sterilization afterwards. They were lifesavers! Excellent communications, approachable and engaging … 5 stars without doubt!
