In August 2024, I had a roof leak in my bedroom, contacted C&S (Shane) for the same, subsequently he checked the leak and gave me a quote with a 10 year warranty, the job was completed as scheduled, to my surprise it started to leak in 10 days (first rain) but this time in the bedroom and in the hall, he promised to fix the leak, but doesn’t turn up, it’s now July 2025 (10 months) I’ve been ringing him since then but he never answers the phone, so now from one leak in the bedroom I have an additional leak in the hall, he kep... read more

The roofing work was actually eventually completed quickly and reasonably well overall but several things were not great at all, not least the communication which was consistently poor. The job was delayed several times and needed constant chasing to work out when they would be there, the scaffolding was erected for well over the time needed and took chasing to get it removed. Shane and crew seemed good but after contacting them with a problem, I am getting no response. Several calls to Shane are sent to voicemail , getting no return call.

C & S completely rebuilt our roof. All the guys were great and the roof looks fantastic. Shane was great at giving options and ideas at the quoting stage and we’re really happy with the result. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very professional and helpful service from start to finish. All works carried out as detailed and a very good job and all for the original quotation and unlike other works I have had done no unexpected extra costs.
