They did successfully repair two items for me. However, today the front desk person was very terse and not helpful at all. She gave me the impression that not only was I going to be an annoyance, but was rather glad to see me leave. On the other side of this review, I traveled down the road to the "Daily Equipment Repair" shop where the front desk person was more than glad to quickly check out the issue with my equipment and promised a 1 week turn around, where as the person at C & S told me that it would be at least 2 weeks... read more
Most rude bunch of people I have ever met. I Opted out of having my equipment serviced there when the lady at the counter was not only rude, but wanted to charge me for a warentee repair bfore she even saw the machine. I would not go there for anything now. I filed a complaint with service advantage as well.
