I’ve been coming here for years to get basic maintenance done on my car. They’re pretty much the most honest mechanic shop I’ve been to thus far because they don’t try to upsell me on anything but instead will try to pinpoint exactly what the problem is and then explain it in good detail, and then provide the options I have. For example, recently my car hit a curb that caused 2 of my tires to blow and my wheels to become gouged. We left our car in his shift for a transmission shifter, he claimed Toyota (the car company) put the part on back order, so after 2 weeks of Patiently waiting, I decided to order the part which I found the same day and shipped it to the facility. While in wait my car was terribly vandalized, they refused the responsibility (even tho they are at fault) which we will settle trough civil court. I would not recommend this shop, as they care more about the profit made from your veichle then the integrity behind good quality care ... read more
