Very rude
I had a very disappointing experience here in 2024. I brought in all my W-2s, but she never asked me about any deductions or tried to maximize my return. Somehow, I ended up owing money when I usually receive a refund every year, which was very concerning. When I asked for an explanation, she was unable or unwilling to clearly explain why, and her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. I left feeling confused and frustrated.
