The team at C&S Staffing are genuinely great people who care about our community. They do so much for our city behind the scenes and are always willing to lend a hand. It’s clear they’re passionate about helping others and making a positive impact to Jefferson City.

C&S Staffing has been completely unhelpful throughout my experience. Not once have they placed me in a job, and at one point, I was even told to look for a job on my own — which is unacceptable coming from a staffing agency. The staff show no real interest in helping job seekers and come off as dismissive and unprofessional. If I had known how little effort they would put into assisting applicants, I would have never wasted my time. This location needs new leadership, a dedicated team, and a complete overhaul.
