Appreciate Keith’s time and patience in helping me straighten out a bad situation which I was more so a bystander involved in said bad situation. He helped me quickly understand circumstances in which a car I own was towed by his company after it was totaled by an extended-family member driving it. He was an honest man and helped me out big time.
I didnt actually get any business done here today, but I might have if their tow truck wasn't blocking the entrance...I went elsewhere
We were visiting the area from out of state and had a shock go bad. The local Kia dealer and other garages couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. I had the repair done at C&S and when I paid I was surprised at the cost of the parts. I was charged $341.96 for 2 shocks that I could have purchased at AutoZone (where the owner stated he got them) for $165. When I questioned the owner about the mark-up he stated he charges customers the "list price" of the parts, not the advertised price at AutoZone, O'Reilly's, etc. Wether he does this... read more
Always honest and on time! All 5 of my vehicles go here for state inspections. Update 11/9/23 - two more inspections completed this week! Call, book an appointment, wait for it to be done. Easy peazy, in and out. They have never tried to get over on me with repairs to pass, but, they have done a few small things i might have missed like a rear license plate bulb. Again though, they dont gouge you for it. Update 7/25 - the boys are still rockin' it out. Consistency is king and they are like clockwork.
