completely forgot about me and the follow up surgery I needed - and after I called to remind them(after 7 mos) - had the surgery done - many many stitches/cutting etc - Harris in all his wisdom decided there would be no follow up to see if healing was OK - and I'm 82yrs old - I would not recommend him - you can do better
