After consulting with four dentists, I decided to give this office my final alternative. I saw Dr. Diaz. I was initially warmly welcomed by the receptionist who helped me retrieve records from a previous provider. The wait time in the lobby was brief. Upon being summoned, I was told to explain what my chief complaint was and which services I was interested in. Staff was personable and professional. Offered me several treatment options with explanations for each.
I had a very positive visit. Dr Macias and staff are keeping me orally healthy. I was treated with the utmost of care. I enjoyed interacting with staff, they are quite knowledgeable, professional, and approachable!
As always, my dental hygienist, Shannon, did an excellent job when I had my recent cleaning.
