So, as it turns out, I don't like cold lobster. It's something I learned when getting the traditional lobster roll here, my second lobster roll in Maine ever. That said, all the inputs were great. Excellent brioche bun. Just not a cold lobster fan, personally. Next time, I'll try their lobster grilled cheese, which comes warm and sounded really good.
