The staff is very helpful and offer friendly knowledgeable courteous service. They have hardware that you just can't find in the big box stores. My go-to store. They are not over priced.
Customer service is fantastic!
Great store and incredibly helpful staff. They found my hard to match lawn mower blade despite having to dig through a ton of stock and never complained once. Can’t say enough about this store’s customer service and the owner’s knowledge.
This is the best hardware store we've ever been to. Immediately as we walked in the door we were greeted with a genuine warm welcome from the staff. The bearded gentleman asked us right away if he could help us find anything. We took him up on the offer and he was able to get us everything we needed! During check out we could just feel the small town, small business vibes as they greeted most guests by first name. We left there feeling like we could have hung out there all day.
