The top was measured and delayed by 1 week because of a supplier issue. The whole process was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but for myself it took little bit over 12 weeks from start to finish. There were some things that were out of their hands that could not be avoided but the experience overall has showed me that while they do good work, their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I had to call about 10 times every other day to finally get a status update. Every time was "oh **** will call you" that never happened once. **** their receptionist was a life saver however.
