overpriced, terrible presentation (grease left all over tire), Service quality is just plain sub-par.
From the online quotes, to the service of installing my new tires... all excellent and efficient. This was my second time buying a set of tires at C&R and I'll certainly be back again for tires and service.
The good folks at C&R in Sturbridge have taken great care of my cars for many years. I can always rely on their judgement to fix what needs fixing and maintain what needs to be maintained, without trying to sell anything that isn't really needed. Thanks guys!
NO WAY>>>RUN. I experience a scam that will ensure I will never go there again. I have always gone there for insp stickers. This year I asked to have a smell in my A/C checked. I informed them that I heard a noise 3 days prior and they advised me to take the time off from work to come in for an appt. Bad C/S, Terrible Advice, Scammers I went to the Worcester location on Randolph Road to have my yearly car inspection and was told that I needed new tires on all four wheels and a brake job to pass the safety inspection.
