I know for a fact that this company lose a lot of revenue! This is my second time having to go elsewhere because they refuse to answer their phones. They do not have a schedule online so you will never know when they're open or closed. This company had so much potential but it's not going to grow due to mismanagement and unprofessionalism.

My dad knew and did business with the owner dad since the 90's and maybe even the 80's. She's nice and I've purchase from her before but my issue is that they do not answer phone calls! Pick up! Not everyone feels like driving 30 minutes just to place an order. SMH. Maybe it's because I have an out of town area code but this is a business! Many entrepreneurs mobile numbers are not local.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the business. The proprietor was nice and had my delivery on time. The price for sod is good, very competitive, good quality compared with some I bought elsewhere and the pallet from here is sturdier, more resilient and lush. Buying my second pallet soon.
