I have an ancient building that needed roof work done to it, I had seen ads on Facebook for a spray on roof coating that I would hope would solve my leak issues. I made an appointment with Tim who came out and gave me an assessment of my roof. The 120 plus year old roof was simply worn out and a simple spray coat would not suffice.
