Not sure what his name is, but the guy with the brown hair and facial hair working here today was SO helpful and patient with me, really appreciate him. The older lady with the glasses who was helping me first though was rude and very impatient with me. i was trying to figure something out as the files i sent them weren’t working and when i apologized for the wait she said “well im gonna go do something else because i can’t wait on you all day”.
