Had the best experience with C&R Pool Plastering! We had leaks in our pool and were in need of a long overdue replastering and retile as well. C&R does not stand by their work. Prior to us buying our house 2 years ago, C&R plastering did the entire remodel of the pool in 2017. The previous owners had documented it in their disclosures. We have 3 waterfalls for our pool, two of them are leaking in the back. I called C&R multiple times and spoke to Heather. Heather immediately told me warranty coverage had already expired for the pool and warranties don't transfer. I told "that was fine, I was not calling for warranty coverage." Contracted with C&R Pool Plastering to change my pool from plaster to Pebble Tech. I am very happy with the results and what they charged. The end finish is very good. One of the big things for me is reliability, Their crews showed up when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. I would definitely recommend.
We want to thank C&R Pool Plastering! They re-plastered our pool and added new waterline tile and step tiles. We're SOOOO excited and happy with what actually looks like a BRAND NEW POOL! We had our pool replastered and tiled last year, they did an amazing job! Had some rust spots show up in the plaster, they came out and took a look, determined something had fallen in my pool to create the spots. They were very nice and removed the stains for us! Great service!
