We got them to replace are water heat at 1st they were nice friendly but as they were doing the work the older man was here 1 min gone for the next 2 hours leaving his kid here not knowing what to do then when I get the bill they charges me for 6 hours for 2 ppl at there top rate when I was quoted 2 hours for the job they are a joke and would not recommend them to anyone
Beyond unprofessional, hire someone from out of town for better prices and services. All completely the fault of the people who run it, nothing but a fraud. Instead of gaining business by treating people with respect they rip them off instead. Heard countless times around here. If you value your sanity, money, or plumbing then stay away.
