Hi guys, sorry to post this publicly but I’ve called twice in the last week and you don’t have a contact email. You cleaned a portable AC unit (PTAC) last week and returned it Saturday (8/16/25). As I told you several times over the phone, the back panel of the AC unit was missing. You said twice you would call back to schedule a time to return it and I’ve heard nothing. Do you have it? Is it lost? Broken? I need that panel. It holds the filter in place. Basic communication would be appreciated, regardless of the answer.
