If you have a pediatric patient, GO ELSEWHERE Son needs a new wheelchair so bad we were in need of a loaner while we waited to get a new one. The loaner they gave me was an adult wheelchair.... for an 8 year old. With NO seat cushion. I had to ask for a seat cushion. School PT ended up finding a chair in the districts warehouse for him to use in the meantime because the loaner was UNACCEPTABLE. One month into working with them still had NO MEASURING DATE.
