well I just tried to get an appointment and was treated as rude as I've ever been treated by a salon. I said I would like to make an appointment for a hair cut and the person who answered the phone literally yelled in my ear "Does anyone here have time for a haircut today" and said No one has time to get you a hair cut today. then just hung on the line with no offer to make an appointment for another day. Guess they don't need new business and definitely need lessons on phone protocol.Rude!
