We experienced an electrical problem in our travel trailer while staying at Golden Village Palms RV Resort. Upon phoning him, he scheduled our appointment for the next day. Ray arrived the next morning, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part, within about 2 hours. We were amazed to discover he is an electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in repairing rv’s. Ray was punctual, professional, and is a really nice guy. He will be our go-to when we are in this area!
Quickly replaced a part at a reasonable price with courteous service. As a newbie to RV ownership I appreciated his patience and he took the time to answer questions and explain in more detail how some of the systems work. Highly recommend!
While installing brake pads, Ray found a pinched hydraulic line. He finished the pad installation and returned the next day to install a new line, waiving a second trip charge. It's rare to find someone who'll do what he says he'll do, and even more rare to find someone who does more than he says he'll do. Ray is an honest hardworking soul who deserves your business.
They didn't seem to interested in helping me with my problem on my class A coach. There loss.
