They didn't seem to interested in helping me with my problem on my class A coach. There loss.
He came out spent 7 hours on my coach,charged over $1000 for basically diagnosis. When he left I realized he had disconnected and raken things apart and left them undone. I called him and he said he had to come back..who does that? It's been over a month now and he is ghosting my calls and emails. I may have to hire another company to come fix what he did. See you in small claims court buddy.
Ray came out to check my 2 yr old refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Said I needed a new cooling unit! A friend asked me to run it on propane, and it worked perfectly. So, Ray doesn't diagnose properly, he would rather just replace things. This almost cost me $3k. He doesn't call, email, or text you back. I gave him that chance before writing this review.
