!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! UNRELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! HORRIBLE!!!! At first PEDRO answered my call provided all needed information, visited our customer and then all of the sudden he stopped, he only answered from my boss-until he didn't. He promised us a quote that he never delivered!!! Didn't even have a courtesy to answer the phone and advise us we need to find somebody else- he stalled us till last minute! Save yourself frustration, upset customers and look for someone else!
C&R Directional Boring is a great company! Used them to place a conduit for an upgrade to 400 amps on our residence. Pedro and Russ were very easy to work with and accommodating to my requests. I quizzed them on their experience, and they have done it all-even boring for the ground loop for ground source (a.k.a. geothermal) heat pumps. I asked some of their employees and some have been with them for decades. This suggests the company keeps their employees happy as well. Would not hesitate to use them again.
