I don't know what happened to Ron he used to be a stand up guy and stand behind his work , times must be really hard, At the beginning of the summer Ron was supposed to replace the gaskets on the upper end if my Soft tail big twin , after reaching deep into my pockets I dropped the bike off , after a few weeks got a call it was done , I asked him if it was charging correct because it was running funny on the way out there , he said he checked it and it was fine , when I got there a highway peg was missing , Ron shrugged hi s... read more

Ron , of C R Cycle Tires, is a really down to earth righteous guy. He's human, makes mistakes occasionally, but if he does he'll make it right with flying colors. That's what customer service is all about. And whatever your situation may be, he just wants to keep you riding.
