We are self employed with contractors benefits, this pharmacy has contract with our providers to fill out prescriptions. They refused, causing an inconvenience. Instead of denying a fill owner should have asked to not renew contact instead of breaking contract. Their loss, we have 4 chronically sick people in the family with more than 1 prescription each. We live rural, so a pharmacist care would be to reach the rural population which is under served.
