Do not have them clean your area rugs. I had 4 area rugs cleaned the first time, one was brought backed ruined, the others smelled so strong of a perfume chemical smell I could not have them in my house. He came back and said he would try to clean them again before he was willing to offer a refund. He took my rugs, I did not hear from him for 2 months.
