I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel staffing agency. The person I interacted with was unprofessional and gave me a very poor treatment. I had scheduled an appointment for the morning, and when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was canceled and that I should come back in the afternoon. This lack of respect for my time and the unprofessional attitude left me frustrated. I will definitely not be returning to this agency and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for professional service.
Great customer service. Needed help for 2 weeks, and they delivered with reliable workers that came on time and came daily. They know how to pick people they hire and I will not use any other employment agency ever again. They are my go to!
