I don’t where they found these people working for this staffing agency. From the lady who work at the front desk to the so call manager every one is so rude. The front desk lady always has a mean face very unapproachable. I went there with my brother to pick up his check and not only they didn’t want to pay him for his training but everyone was so rude and unprofessional. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel staffing agency. The person I interacted with was unprofessional and gave me a very poor treatment. I had scheduled an appointment for the morning, and when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was canceled and that I should come back in the afternoon. This lack of respect for my time and the unprofessional attitude left me frustrated. I will definitely not be returning to this agency and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for professional service.
Great customer service. Needed help for 2 weeks, and they delivered with reliable workers that came on time and came daily. They know how to pick people they hire and I will not use any other employment agency ever again. They are my go to!
