I was having issues with my truck it would lose power once it went a tad bit under half a tank. It got frustrating! Brad at the front desk was very professional and understood I needed to get back on the road. He explained to the owner my issue, and the owner Chris took the time to personally tackle the issue. They took my tank off replaced my fuel pump which was the issue no one else could figure out at other places. Very shady mechanics that work there. Took my vehicle in got it back running worse. Take it back go to get it parts still Laying in the floor board. They did put it back together but ran even worse so they paid for a tow. I tried to let this experience go but the more I look at this vehicle to see the workmanship it’s poor. stuff is broke wires broke now have butt connectors. They were very honest about how backed up they were due to being short handed. But they still got my daughter's car repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Just be patient because they are very very busy, which speaks to how good they are.
All my questions were answered extremely quickly. I had expected a long wait to get my vehicle in, no wait. I was told, if you can get it to us tomorrow morning, we will be done that afternoon...and it was. I was completely satisfied with the price, I think it was very fair. I called after hours with a silly question. And they returned my call promptly with professional answer. I'm pleased with the work that was done on my 2016 diesel pick up, I will recommend this shop to my friends.
These fellas did a transmission installation for my truck. They sid a great job. Truck runs better than ever. Had a little hiccup at the end of the job, but they went out of their way to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone owns up to it. These guys do. I will definitely do business with them again.
