A senior friend of mine, seeking assistance with truck repairs in Lufkin, contacted me for recommendations. Shortly after, within the hour, my friend confirmed the owner's prompt arrival and swift repair of their truck, completed in fifteen minutes. I can't give a high enough review for this shop. They were fast, fair, and professional.
I brought my F250 in by appointment for an oil leak and a check engine light. I had previously used this shop and received good service. I explained that I was recently widowed and needed to make sure my truck was reliable because I travel for work. After three weeks, I got the truck back, but within 30 minutes the check engine light returned. I was having issues with my truck it would lose power once it went a tad bit under half a tank. It got frustrating! Brad at the front desk was very professional and understood I needed to get back on the road. He explained to the owner my issue, and the owner Chris took the time to personally tackle the issue. They took my tank off replaced my fuel pump which was the issue no one else could figure out at other places.
