I was moving from Tulsa Ok to Pittsburgh Pa. When I crossed into Missouri I heard something like breaking off in engine compartment. I pulled over and turned off engine. After letting it cool down I turned it back on and hears and saw a piece of the serpentine belt fly out. I called C.R. Auto-works and received no answer, Chelsea called back less then 5 minutes later. Chelsea told if I can send her a picture of my VIN and be there before 6:00 pm. She can replace my serpentine belt. Great place to go and good people. They put a motor in my 04 f150 a couple weeks ago and have had zero issues. They even called me today to see how everything was going and to make sure I was on top of the first oil change. That my friends is something pretty much no other shop does and it's appreciated
Love love love these guys they are incredible and never steer your girl wrong. Time and time and time again I called with issues on my 2018 KIA Soul while pregnant with my son. And they looked out for your girl and got me back on the road!
