Very poor customer service bought washer and refrigerator a week ago the refrigerator stopped working I reported problem and made an appointment the repairman /owner missed the day he was supposed to come instead showed up next day unannounced proceeded to work then discovered he did not have the proper tool even though he was in a work van and on a service call how could he not have the proper tool?
