I do not recommend this business. Very unprofessional. Poor service, poor communication. Gave me an estimate and doubled the price of his service (tax return) without notice nor explanations. Tried to contact them and they never replied and 4 years later they called me on the phone threatening me to file a court case. I feel scammed.
We have been long time clients of Greg. We had a deeply disappointing and troubling experience with CR Accounting. The advice we received from them turned out to be not only poor but outright harmful — it has led to serious issues with the IRS. Since these problems have surfaced, CR Accounting has been completely unresponsive. They have ignored multiple calls, texts, and emails, leaving us to deal with the consequences on our own.
