Horrible place, completely unprofessional and a slumlord. I moved into his units 12/24/21 they switched apartments and moved me downstairs after showing my caseworker another unit. The thermostat didn’t work and also the apartment was dirty and still had food and dishes from previous tenants. This man is a fraud and used funding from housing vouchers to line his pockets and not put nothing back into the properties… Do not rent from this man he is only concerned about money and money alone .
The maintenance has definitely gotten better, and the place is not too bad.
