We felt good about Steve's work at the start. He comes in and gets right into the job. But after a while his visits start to space out and we were constantly chasing him up to come back and keep going with the job. He seemed to always have an excuse for why he wasn't here to do the work and he wasn't very professional with how he dealt with his contractors. Steve took a $2000 deposit from us. Never showed up to start the job and still hasn't returned the deposit after a year despite repeated contact attempts and him indicating he would return it.
We highly recommend Steve and his team, they have decades of experience and also a strong commitment to their projects and customers.
Arranged for a representative to come to the house to discuss what we'd like to do. Never turned up. Didn't hear from them again. EDIT/Response to below comment: I have the screenshots of the email conversation clearly stating you'd be 'coming around tomorrow'. This was sent on the 9th of January, clearly making the proposed visit the 10th. There was never any mention of the 24th.
