Our housebuilder used this company to install the heating system in our home. Booked in a service for the boiler. First time was cancelled due to illness. Waited two weeks for an update and called up to rebook in. Second occasion no one turned up on the day and was told the van was broken down. Waited another 6 days and still no phone call as to when this would be booked in. In the meantime booked and got serviced elsewhere.
