Josh was excellent to work with. He diagnosed out problem with the AC unit wh another company was clueless. He ordered the part and even came on a Saturday to install it!
DO NOT have this company install or work on your Generac generator!!! One star because zero is not an option…We had a whole house generator installed last year, replacing an old model. The unit had been leaking gas since he installed it, Suburban gas as well as the Generac Super Store both said we are lucky the unit did not blow up. Also, when we contacted him about the leak and asked him to come and work alongside the Suburban tech to fix the issue, he sent us a lengthy email explaining why he’s not responsible. Two lamps had to be installed in our home. The lamps were 25 years old and although the wiring looked good, they did not match today's arc-flash standards and would trip the circuit breaker. Josh took both back to the shop and while rewiring them found an issue with the ground wire which was corrected. Both were brought back, installed and are working great.
