I worked at C Pak for a few months. I enjoyed the job. 4/12’s 3 days off. The Lead Jaunwas great. Very helpful. It’s a small team and most of the team was great. Shout out to CarltonThe other 2 teammates were not team players. Strange individuals. If these 2 jerks weren’t such jerks (Davidand Caesar) I’d most likely still be an employee. Horrible place to work, they dont give 8 hour breaks between the Thursday and Friday shift. The owner candice does not know what is going on at her own business. Her husband is rude and has a history of being physically confrontational with the driver and other employees. They play favorites if employees go to management about other employees. Terrible work culture. Unsafe and spineless management. Pay is TERRIBLE. That is why they are always looking to hire. STAY AWAY. quality of the products they make is lacking.
