My extended warranty called to set up service, a gentleman answered gave the price and it was $50 over my coverage. I agreed to pay the difference to either the driver or over the phone with my card to the towing company. When Carshield went back over to the line the guy had disconnected the call. She proceeded to call the company back no answer. She had already given me their number so I called.
