Customer services at front desk Very very RUDE
Had dashcam front and rear installed left it for 3 days came back to pick it up rear dashcam not installed at all. front dash cam doesn't work at all and the module is sticking out the top of my dash just wires everywhere. Didn't ziptie anything doesn't want to refund me for the work they didn't do had to start a bank dispute and he won't talk to me on the phone. I dont think i should have to instruct them on an install. Headlight wasn't put back properly.This was beyond lazy.
I recently came to this auto repair shop to get my car fixed, and I was told that they replaced 8 of my spot plugs for my car. A week later I had the same problem again before coming here, and I went back to this same repair shop, and they said it wasn’t the spot plug that was the issue, it something else, so I went to a different repair shop and I was told that the previous shop I went to they only fixed one spot plug, and charged me $950. Remember be careful guys, I’ve been tricked countless times.
I think this is the best spot in Lowell. Been coming here for years. With competitive prices and knowledgeable mechanics that get the job done and you back on the road.
$50 for a very thorough pre-purchase inspection! Mechanic spent two hours going through the car took pictures of everything. The mechanic put all information in a printed report and also sent me a text message with the information and pictures of the whole car in a web link. Thank you to C P & T !
