Terribly unimpressed with the customer service
My husband and I recommended this company to a client and the client had a horrible experience with the company. Against our better judgement, we let that one situation go and decided to call them for help with 2 windows at our personal home. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT use this company. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but these people have sent me over the edge. They came out a couple weeks ago to give us a quote on replacing two small windows. Always been very quick to repair anything I brought in to get repaired at what I believe to be the most reasonable rate there is.
