Ordered a Matthews Brothers sliding door. It was delivered face down on a flat bed truck resulting in the door frame being scratched and gouged along the perimeter of the frame. Asked for a new door to be ordered and was told it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks time, just like the original order was. Six weeks went by and I called to ask about the order. safer to put in customizable orders at the larger corporations (more accountability), there is no quality check at these smaller places, customer service not the greatest over the phone when your order's delayed.
