Really appreciate these guys. From Rose on reception accommodating my last minute change previously to adapting to when I turned up on the wrong day! They fit me in. Well my Avida Birdsville went in for a 12 months service on 16/12/24 they carried out the standard 12 months only 7000k approx $1300 realeasing the vechicle with non functional brake lights . Claiming it will need to be rebooked ahh sorry earliest is 30/1 vechicle had to remain in Newcastle . Early February a call from Rose you owe $1500 but we can’t find the problem?? They know their stuff when it comes to fiat torsion bars and more than happy with the work they did. However after developing a problem with new shock absorber fitted at time of bar reset, after sales client satisfaction and re embersment has been sadly lacking.Now six months down the track and still no refund.Would not recommend this company if you are not local. PS only talking about $90 dollars,and that's me splitting the out of pocket expenses on fitting re supplied new shock.Would love to give a better rating but am jus... read more
