I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, C&O was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was clear, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Note to anyone interacting with C&O, don’t ask questions. Apparently, that’s unacceptable here. I was delivering food to the owner, Nick, and when I arrived, the building wasn’t clear. I sent a quick, polite message saying I had arrived and asked which building to enter... something delivery drivers do every single day. Instead of answering, Nick chose to talk over me, interrupt me, and speak to me in a rude, condescending tone, like I was wasting his time. Apparently I hurt nick, the owner’s, feelings when I chose to buy my windows, exact same windows quoted, from one of his competitors because they saved me $10,000. I called and talked to Nick today to see if they stocked a piece of trim to attach 2 windows together. I was in a pinch and needed a solution asap and instead of helping me out he used it as an opportunity to throw it in my face and refuse to help me. We dealt with many suppliers when we began the process of building our custom home in 2020 and this locally owned window company has consistently been one we could trust.
