Apparently I hurt nick, the owner’s, feelings when I chose to buy my windows, exact same windows quoted, from one of his competitors because they saved me $10,000. I called and talked to Nick today to see if they stocked a piece of trim to attach 2 windows together. I was in a pinch and needed a solution asap and instead of helping me out he used it as an opportunity to throw it in my face and refuse to help me. We dealt with many suppliers when we began the process of building our custom home in 2020 and this locally owned window company has consistently been one we could trust. We especially want to thank Nick O'Quin for always taking the time to answer our questions, either via email or phone or in person. Fails to return phone calls. Called and inquired about window replacement from a hail storm and no call back. Submitted form on line for an estimate and no call back. Don't waste your time with this company.
