C & O installed windows in my home a few years ago. I was recently working on the outside trim and had to remove it. I discovered that the windows were not installed correctly. Rather than tell me about the problem at the time, the installers chose to install them incorrectly. I would have happily paid extra for the job to be done right. I do not recommend this company.

Over the years, we've had C& O install Anderson windows and a patio door. Really quality installs, and fantastic service in those times rarely needed. Nick and staff are high quality local folks worth doing business with!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, C&O was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was clear, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Note to anyone interacting with C&O, don’t ask questions. Apparently, that’s unacceptable here. I was delivering food to the owner, Nick, and when I arrived, the building wasn’t clear. I sent a quick, polite message saying I had arrived and asked which building to enter... something delivery drivers do every single day. Instead of answering, Nick chose to talk over me, interrupt me, and speak to me in a rude, condescending tone, like I was wasting his time.
