I’ve purchased three freezers so far from C. Nelson, and every experience has been outstanding. Their customer service is top tier great communication, always on schedule, and they delivered exactly when they said the freezers would be ready. When I arrived for pickup, the team truly went above and beyond. Absolutely poor customer service. Told completion date would be week of July 7th, it’s August 6th and still no idea if a freezer will be ready before the end of the season. Amber doesn’t know anything, she said she would check on it and then told me it would be shipped next week. I didn’t pay for shipping so what did she actually check?? She then said she didn’t know where it was in the production line, well how do you know it will be shipped next week???
