Absolutely poor customer service. Told completion date would be week of July 7th, it’s August 6th and still no idea if a freezer will be ready before the end of the season. Amber doesn’t know anything, she said she would check on it and then told me it would be shipped next week. I didn’t pay for shipping so what did she actually check?? She then said she didn’t know where it was in the production line, well how do you know it will be shipped next week??? A great company to do business with. I've known Tammy for many years and I trust her honesty and integrity.
Worst experience ever. Not only was delivery delayed months the product has some manufacturers defects. The interior light on the dipping cabinets for installed with double sided tape and fall down everyday and the units leak.
