I recently had a significant electrical issue on my Class C RV which is on a seasonal site in the northern Poconos. As far as I knew, there were no RV repair centers within 2-3hrs of the campground however our host referred me to Chuck at C Neer RV. I called and the staff was extremely helpful and polite on the phone. I eventually touched base with Chuck who initially requested that he really needed the RV at his repair center.
