We had a new furnace installed in 2008 we never did receive the receipt for the amount paid, now our furnace has broken down and he will not call me back, the heat exchange is under warranty for 10 years. Miller Furnace will not honor the warranty because I have no receipt showing what we paid, the model and serial number of the furnace installed. Would not recommend.
