In Aug. of 2019 we had C & N, (Carlos) was the manager, replace our windows. The following December one of the larger windows started getting condensation inside. The seal, or seals, gave out. We called (Carlos), in December, but he put us off for sometime. Than the covid virus became an issue, so he finally got back to us but could not do anything till things became safer, which was quite understandable.
